No "network manually" possible when German Language used in Xenial Installer

Bug Description
When choosing "German" at the Boot Prompt you can't configure a static ip.
The dialog always jumps back to set a hostname and not a static ip.
It works with "English" Language and "Espanol".
Not tested with other languages.
Used ISO: ubuntu-
