Bug Description
Zesty/17.04 daily server image (Apr-06) 64bit
During installation there is a dialogue asking for confirmation about the guessed timezone. Answering "no", I believe should bring up a selection about which timezone to set. Instead the installation just moves on to partitioning without asking further questions.

Additionally tested Xenial/16.04 and Yakkety/16.10 isos and while Xenial will ask for the timezone after declining auto-detection, Yakkety does not. So not a new regression in Zesty but one between Xenial and Yakkety.
