D-I on 16.04.1 breaks on usb probe and networking setup on secureboot

Bug Description
On both netboot mini.iso and ubuntu server the installer fails probing usb and then fails to setup networking, for netboot this means you can not continue the install.
Only happen on Securebot with just uefi it works fine.
This is a critical fix required for 16.04.1

Accepted debian-installer into xenial-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https:/ /launchpad. net/ubuntu/ +source/ debian- installer/ 20101020ubuntu4 51.4 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
