dconf crashed with OSError in main(): [Errno 1] Operation not permitted: '/var/log/dconf'

I tried to tweak my unity2d auto-hide option and started with the next terminal command:

$ sudo dconf list /com/cannonical/unity-2d/launcher/

This command made a crash and error was reported.
