Bug Description
I'm using Ubuntu 13.10 dev with bash 4.2-5ubuntu3 and dash 0.5.7-3ubuntu1. Calling a command with more than 65533 arguments will result in an error that the argument list is too long. Maybe bash/dash can support a number of arguments that matches the pointer size of the system (especially because sh is called from system() in C).
