Bug Description
My printer works flawlessly in Breesy, but in Dapper it does not work at all. The printer is using the parallel port.
When going to the printer dialog, it does not find any printer. I can choose hp_no_device_found, lpt #1, parallel 1 and 2. I do not believe any one of them are working.

Note: the original reporter indicated the bug was in package 'cups'; however, that package was not published in Ubuntu.

I had no trouble installing a DeskJet 920 today with all the latest updates. Dapper did not detect it automatically (see bug 29050), but I set the connection to LPT #1, and chose the DeskJet 920C as the model (the HPLIP driver is the only one available for this model). The reporter might want to try again and see if the problem has been fixed.
