Bug Description

In System > Administration > Printing, in the dialog opened via Server > Settings, there's an option to "Show printers shared by other systems." This option is turned off by default, but we should enable it so that Ubuntu users can print to shared printers out of the box, without having to discover this option.

How does this list get refreshed? I'd dislike seeing every printer ever exposed by any system on any network I'd been around in a long list.

Emmet: it is live, it only shows the printers currently available on the network and immediately shows them, which means you don't have to install or configure anything. If I'm correct it uses Avahi to do so.
