Bug Description

Saumsung printer need a patch to work with cups because has this issue https://github.com/apple/cups/issues/5562#issuecomment-483377904
Need to upgrade to newer version or apply this patch https://github.com/apple/cups/commit/8829edfef0d496677a94b0c1b2f08f8e407af444

All cups 2.2.10-4xxx in Ubuntu 19.04 published until now have the same bug
