Bug Description
When I try to print a test page on my Ricoh Aficio MP C3502 I get an error message saying "Printer 'ricoh'
However, my colleagues are able to use the printer normally on Fedora and Windows.
After investigation, I realised that the problem was reported previously here: https:/

Expected behaviour:
Remove the incorrect error message when trying to print a page.
What happened:
The error message shows up when it should not.
