Bug Description
After several weeks of researching what to do about the update that stopped Canon printers from operating, decided to downgrade to back before the update occurred as suggested in launchpad (sudo apt-get install cups=1.
If what I read is accurate, there still isn't an available fix for this issue so this was my last ditch effort to get my printer to work right.
Several errors appeared as a result.
