Could you post the error message you get from that file, please? I'm a bit confused because the file you posted in comment #71 seems different to the ones I remember looking at before in this bug - it's *much* simpler, which is good, but I need to be sure where I should look before I start poking around.

BTW, I'm going to be away from my office for a few days, so it will probably be next week before I can look in detail.
