Bug Description

I have had trouble with initramfs not mounting encrypted system in 14.04lts and in 15.10 since kernel updates in both....4.2.0-35 is the kernel I am having trouble with on 15.10...I tried getting help here ( https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1109029 ) and here ( https://launchpad.net/~apw ) but, I must have done something wrong, nothing helped...I tried installing dracut as a suggestion from a Ask Ubuntu! post and it didn't help either...I logged back on and reran the install command for dracut, it gave me this instruction :
You might want to run 'apt-get -f install' to correct these:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
plymouth : Depends: initramfs-tools but it is not going to be installed
ubuntu-minimal : Depends: initramfs-tools but it is not going to be installed
watershed : Depends: initramfs-tools but it is not going to be installed
E: Unmet dependencies. Try 'apt-get -f install' with no packages (or specify a solution).

I ran it and got this return:
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Correcting dependencies... Done
The following package was automatically installed and is no longer required:
  libdmraid1.0.0.rc16
Use 'apt-get autoremove' to remove it.
The following extra packages will be installed:
  initramfs-tools initramfs-tools-bin
The following NEW packages will be installed:
  initramfs-tools
The following packages will be upgraded:

I am going to check the docs listed in the return and try to add the hash to solve....any suggestions or help for a newbie would be greatly appreciated
