Bug Description
In particuar, when cryptsetup tries to get the cannonical name of a swap partition, and fails.
NOTE: This error is not only a problem wiith ubuntu: http://
ocurred on: upgrade from 12.04 to 12.10 with:
cryptsetup:

This error will occur every time a program of the user calls update-initramfs, which in turn calls cryptsetup

Alexander, can you still reproduce this issue? It was closed in Debian because the maintainer could not reproduce it.
