Bug Description

There's an issue with the glibc patch 'any/local-ld-multiarch.diff' that wasn't correctly rebased, which only manifests on architectures that aren't supported in Ubuntu, but are still available via c-t-b-ports.

This will eventually be fixed in the glibc package, but we should patch it in c-t-b-ports first due to the impact of glibc uploads.
