Bug Description
with the 4.8 kernel, some other event is getting sent to the container's systemd over netlink on the first checkpoint, which causes the first checkpoint to fail. We can do a similar probing thing as we do for modules once we figure out what it is, but we should really just support checkpoint/restore of netlink socket buffers where it makes sense.
