Ubuntu on IBM Power Systems Bug Triage |
Bug Description
Problem Description
=======
Currently cpufrequtils does not work for Power architectures, including
powerpc, ppc64 and ppc64el.
Disabling the binary generation to avoid users to install it instead of
the official package (Linux-power), thus, causing unnecessary conflicts.
I opened a bug on Debian for the same issue, it is bug Bug#889895. The patch could be found at:

Looks like this might be a duplicate of bug 1748444, it also refers to the same Debian bug report.
