Bug Description
Binary package hint: cplay
Cannot display Chinese charactors in playlist window.
My filename's encoding is UTF8 and my env var $LANG is set to zh_CN.UTF8.
Maybe other CJK multi-byte charset and encoding also cannot work well.
But at the top line, it can show the Chinese path name.
