Bug Description

$ grep -i pidfile /lib/systemd/system/courier-m?a.service
/lib/systemd/system/courier-msa.service:PIDFile=/run/courier/esmtpd.pid
/lib/systemd/system/courier-mta.service:PIDFile=/run/courier/esmtpd.pid

$ dpkg -l courier-mta
ii courier-mta 0.78.0-2ubuntu2 amd64 Courier mail server - ESMTP daemon

$ lsb_release -rdc
Description: Ubuntu 18.04 LTS
Release: 18.04
Codename: bionic

Sure this can easily be overridden by local customization, but why not improve the quality of the original Ubuntu package ?
