Attempt to rename a file if there is a filename conflict

Bug Description
If a ContentStore is set, and there is already a file in the store that matches the filename in the transfer we should attempt to rename the file to complete the transfer. Perhaps something like what the gallery does, if the file exists stick a count in before the file extension and try again until one works. Something like somefile.n.png
