ContentPeerPicker shouldn't show the app that is using it

Bug Description
If your app is both an importer and exporter of the same content type, it will appear in it's own ContentPeerPicker. I can't think of a use-case where you would want this, so the originating app should be automatically filtered out of the model that populates this component.
