Setting up console-setup-linux (1.108ubuntu15.4) ...
update-alternatives: error: alternative path /etc/console-setup/vtrgb doesn't exist

Same problem. On 19.04.
console-setup-linux 1.178ubuntu12.1.
And there no issues with my hardware.
