Bug Description

Issue:
Windows that have been placed using the Windows Placement feature travel to different workspaces when switching between workspaces using the SUPER+S key (Spread Workspaces).

Steps to reproduce:
- Open several windows.
- Use CTRL+ALT+NUMPAD to relocate/resize several windows in your current workspace using the Windows Placement feature.
- Press the SUPER+S key and select a different workspace.
- Notice how the windows traveled to that workspace without setting the "Always on Visible Workspace" windows option.
- Now press CTRL+ALT+ARROW keys to move to different workspaces
- Notic how the windows do not travel to the current workspace.
I've been able to reproduce this consistently.

DISCLAIMER: I have not purchased support, and I am probably filing this bug using inappropriate channels. I do not expect to receive any kind of support back, but thought it was worth while reporting this bug. My apologies in advance if this causes any problems. Considering buying support now. :)
