Bug Description
When clicking an icon in the panel in gnome-fallback there is an animation where the icons zooms in and gradually fades out. The last frame of that animation is an ugly black square. This is reproducable in 11.10 and 12.04 (earlier versions, ie. with gnome 2, isn't affected).

I managed to screenshot the problem just in time. In general there seem to be more flicker and slower animations in the gnome 3 fallback desktop than in gnome 2.
