unity window scale plugin artifacts on window borders

Bug Description
when pressing Crtl+W for window scale plugin, those windows being updated, like firefox downloads and stuff appears with incomplete and intermitent window borders decoration... i was able to capture this in a screenshot, see it. The window in the right has a partial rendered window border. HP 6735s laptop AMD Turion RM-72, 4GB RAM, 500GB HDD, ATI Radeon HD3200 with opensource ATI driver.
