[regression] Window decorations ignore brightness/opacity changes in expo

Workaround: In CCSM toggle the obs plugin (or any?). That will re-order the wrapped drawing functions in a way that solves the bug.

Fix committed into lp:compiz at revision 3485, scheduled for release in Compiz 0.9.9.0

This bug was fixed in the package compiz - 1:0.9.9~daily12.12.05-0ubuntu1
