Grid plugin: resize action description - "upper" vs. "top"

In CCSM, the labels for the resize actions "top_left_corner_action" and "top_right_corner_action" say "Upper Left Corner" and "Top Right Corner" whereas the actual values in the drop-down menus say "Top Left Corner" and "Top Right Corner".
