Bug Description

Basically the only documentation available for common-lisp-controller is a brief man page and a design document in cvs. Neither document is useful for trouble shooting common-lisp-controller. Just descerning its function was difficult. Having all the CL packages depend on this component and then there not being any documentation for it makes the CL packages in the repository almost useless. I've had to resort to removing the repository packages and load everything manually using asdf.

Is there some documentation we should have - or does some need to be written?
