Bug Description

I'm running a stock 64-bit Ubuntu 13.04 and using version 0.7.2-3 of the package. The body of the cursor is supposed to be semi-transparent and cast a pale blurred shadow, but instead the cursor is surrounded by a uniform semi-transparent grey square. After extracting the cursors from the 0.7.2-3 deb, as well as the ones from the quantal deb (0.7.2-2ubuntu1) and comparing them in gimp, it seems that the raring ones have a darker background, as seen in the screenshot. Swapping the cursors in the active theme with the old version fixes the problem. A Xubuntu user also confirms this issue here: https://forum.xfce.org/viewtopic.php?id=8045
