  * Update Vcs-Browser URL to use cgit.
  * Update watch file.
  * Standards-Version bump to 3.9.6, no changes needed.

 Code::Blocks is a cross-platform Integrated Development Environment (IDE).
 It is based on a self-developed plugin framework allowing unlimited

 Once no package depends on it, you may safely remove it.
