trusty: cobbler get-loaders fails downloading outdated url

The cobbler version in trusty is outdated using outdated release which still contains references to a moved site cobblerd.org was replaced by a github page.
As the result get-loaders are failing with, along with other commands:

Exception value: [Errno 14] PYCURL ERROR 6 - "Could not resolve host: www.cobblerd.org"

The code has been fixed already upstream (see https://github.com/cobbler/cobbler/blob/release24/cobbler/action_dlcontent.py) for get-loaders

Please update the cobbler release on trusty to the latest 2.4 release made available
