Bug Description

Have done sudo apt-get update and sudo apt-get upgrade in 13.04 before doing sudo do-release-upgrade to Ubuntu 13.10.

It while be related with my other bug, which is not fixed by Cobbler!

Well I have fix it with sudo apt-get purge cobbler-web && sudo apt-get install cobbler-web

The same commando's which have not worked in Ubuntu 12.04!

This could be closed for me!

it's still a bug if upgrade fails.. this needs closer inspection
