Bug Description
No idea what package the text-mode installer is in, but it would be nice if it showed the current time when asking about the hardware clock being in UTC or the local time zone. I don't know if the graphical installer has the same problem.

The problem still persists in gutsy's d-i (i.e. alternate install CD).
