The context menu in nautilus shows the entry of clamtk with the following label: "b'Scan directory for threats...'".

The nautilus issue is fixed in the latest clamtk-gnome, available here:
https:/ /gitlab. com/dave_ m/clamtk/ -/wikis/ Downloads
Just download the latest deb and double-click.
Note that I don't make a clamtk-nautilus: only clamtk and clamtk-gnome are applicable here. I would remove that and add clamtk 6.06 and clamtk-gnome 0.05 from the Downloads page above, and use those.
