1/4 screenshot issue in ubuntu cinnamon remix

hi, I don't use cinnamon remix but I use ubuntu 20.04 minimal install + cinnamon desktop environment and I don't see screenshot issue (I use gnome-screenshot and kazaam), can you explain better how to reproduce it? (I suppose can be related to specific graphic drivers/device/settings)

press prt sc key in keyboard and screenshot capture , but screenshot will
be half
i installed kazam screen recorder in ubuntu cinnamon now even video have
this bug
