Bug Description
I haven't used cinnamon before, so I don't know if this is normal, but there's tons of apps which relay on system tray functionality that don't show up in the cinnamon tray. For example: telegram, barrier, ipfs-desktop, discord, etc.
These apps all show up correctly in the gnome3 tray under the default desktop env, so it seems to be something where the cinnamon isn't supporting all the different systray standards. Note that my panel claims to have both the "system tray" and "xapp status applet" apples active, so hopefully there's nothing additional that's required to get proper tray support working.

it's also worth noting that a small minority of icons do show up. syncthing, guake, and ibus all show up correctly.
