Artifacts appear when Chromium app is un-maximizing

I'm seeing something similar to the screencast, on 19.04, using the chromium snap, in the default X11 session.

This is not minimizing, but un-maximizing the window.

Can you confirm that the problem is that the address bar is sometimes not redrawn instantly when un-maximizing the window?

Interestingly, I can't reproduce the problem in an up-to-date 19.10 VM, in the default X11 session.

Can you test whether Google Chrome (not chromium) is similarly affected?
