Flip effect isnt working because of gnome-video-effects

The main effect used in the camera should be the flip-effect, but the effect isn't working due to the property "method" being deprecated as you can see in "https:/
The file located in /usr/share/
So the fix to this problem is to change the deprecated property to the new one, which is called "video-direction", the line should be: PipelineDescrip
after this changes the flip effect will work correctly
