checkbox does not detect the hard drive

Bug Description

Binary package hint: checkbox

Checkbox doesn't not detect any drive here ("detected drive: None"). The Live System (daily build from 27 March 2010) has detected the drive, Disk Utiliy: ATA SAMSUNG HD300LD, /dev/sda (btw. it's not possible to copy/paste texts from Disk Utiliy).

The DVD playback test failed too: totem says "location not found", but if I start totem manually it starts at least the plugin search, but doesn't find any...)

But I have uploaded the report file manually.
