link to c++ should be added to /usr/lib/ccache since cmake searches for it.

Bug Description
While using cmake in our project, we observed no ccache is used but ccache is installed correctly (and works with qmake for e.g.). cmake is using the c++ and will find it (/usr/bin) and therefore no ccache is used until we created a new link insicde /usr/local/ccache.
