Binary package hint: initramfs-tools

Attempted to install Adobe flash-plugin and I believe the plugin was installed correctly but then I got an errors regarding initramfs-tools

@maximilian atterns I'm just curious about your thinking process and why you thought the affected package for this bug should be casper instead of initfamfs-tools.
