Tablet layout uses qwertz in us.xml

Bug Description

Ubuntu 17.10
caribou: 0.4.21-2

File /usr/share/caribou/layouts/tablet/us.xml is using QUERTZ layout, while should be QUERTY like other us.xml files under layouts tree.

This causes the wrong layout to show up by setting tablet as keyboard type:
gsettings set org.gnome.shell.keyboard keyboard-type tablet

As a workaround, just modify us.xml file to swap 'z'/'Z' and and 'y'/'Y' keys respectively.
