Bug Description
If I open the camera app then open another app, the switch back to the camera app, the image is dropped, you get a moment of black screen then the image comes back again.
Steps:
1. Unlock the device
2. Open the camera app (see an image)
3. Open the browser app
4. Switch from the browser app back to the camera app
Expectations:
I expect the camera to be ready to take a shot.
Situations:
Kids part/sports event.
You ready the camera for the right moment and sit back, you open the browser to play catchup on the news. Switch back to the camera as the moment arrives and miss the moment as the camera app restarts.

I don't think it's the camera app restarting as such. Looks like the camera gets initialised when you switch back to the app. What you saw when you came into the app the second time was the preview used in the dash going away and the camera starting up. Same thing happens on Android.
Could be more seamless I guess.
