Bug Description
I'm using Nexus10 and today's phablet image.
I wanted to make a 5 minute video recording. Everything seems to go ok, until I hit the stop recording button. The camera app appears to freeze. The "mediaserver" process continues processing in the background. Waiting for this to complete (>5 minutes again), I get a file in the Videos directory, but when I try to play it on my laptop I get:
VLC media player 2.0.8 Twoflower (revision 2.0.8a-0-g68cf50b)
[0x2229048] main libvlc: Running vlc with the default interface. Use 'cvlc' to use vlc without interface.
[mov,mp4,
[0x7f8aa4c01ad8] mp4 demux error: MP4 plugin discarded (no moov, foov, moof box)
[mov,mp4,
[0x7f8aa4c01ad8] avformat demux error: Could not open /home/gerry/
Works fine for quick videos (<1 minute anyway).
Device has plenty of available disk space.

No idea what causes that.
But as a work around the max file size and/or max duration could be set to avoid corrupted videos (would need support for it in hybris as well).
