Bug Description
Hi,
On the repository server of Ubuntu / Xubuntu 20.04, the version of "Calibre" (to read ebooks) proposed is 4.99.4 but it doesn't launch.
On Calibre website (https:/
The latest release of calibre is 5.9.0.
Please do not use your distribution provided calibre package, as those are often buggy/outdated. Instead use the Binary install described below.
Could a more recent version of Calibre, which should work better, be proposed on the repository server ?
affects: | linux (Ubuntu) → calibre (Ubuntu) |
