Bug Description

seit ich Calibre auf Ubuntu 18.04 LTS nutze, zeigt der Calibre-Editor bei konvertierten PDF-Dateien kein Inhaltsverzeichnis der index_split_xxx.html - Dateien bei Epub an. Wenn ich das gleiche unter Windows 10 mache, ist die Anzeige ok.

Die Fehlerdiagnose ergibt dieses:
