Installed doc should include the "contrib" directory

Bug Description
Binary package hint: bzr
The contrib directory from the sources includes the useful bzr_access script, as well as many other goodies. However it is not installed with the bzr package.
It should be included, perhaps under /usr/share/bzr/doc.
