Bug Description

The Ubuntu Error Tracker has been receiving reports about a problem regarding budgie-desktop. This problem was most recently seen with package version 10.4-1ubuntu4, the problem page at https://errors.ubuntu.com/problem/5169f7f4320bb8c565bbc11006a09ac4c8c19ea4 contains more details, including versions of packages affected, stacktrace or traceback, and individual crash reports.
