command finger outputs incorrect message

Bug Description

Binary package hint: finger

After user root loged out from tty1 and tty2, the command finger outputs incorrect message.
The following lines are ouput of finger on my computer:

[pan@shooter:~]$ finger
Login Name Tty Idle Login Time Office Office Phone
pan panhua tty7 May 23 17:49 (:0)
pan panhua pts/0 14 May 23 17:50 (:0.0)
pan panhua pts/1 May 23 18:20 (:0.0)
root root *tty2 18 May 23 18:02
root root *tty1 19 May 23 18:01
[pan@shooter:~]$
