Bug Description

After blanking a CDRW, I am unable to eject the CDRW either by pressing the eject key on the keyboard, right clicking on Nautilus and selecting eject on the CD icon or even via the command line by doing a sudo eject /dev/dvd

I do not get any errors when trying to eject except for it not ejecting. Even on the command line I do not get errors and it just returns an empty prompt.

I have a Macbook 5,1 which has a slot loading CD ROM and running Karmic 64.

Thank you for bringing this bug to our attention. However, a paper cut should be a small usability issue, in the default Ubuntu install, that affects many people and is quick and easy to fix. So this bug can't be addressed as part of this project.

- What you have described is a bug and not a papercut.
For further information about papercuts criteria, please read https://wiki.ubuntu.com/PaperCut.

Don't worry though, this bug has been marked as "Invalid" only in the papercuts project.

Changed in hundredpapercuts:
