Bootchart Issue With Ubuntu 12.04 LTS

Bootchart states boottime incorrectly. Also something strange happening with the graph as it states the machine is taking nearly a minute to boot but it is clearly wrong, my machine boots in 9 seconds consistantley. This appears to happen only when booting into gnome shell. In Unity, Bootchart states the correct time and no trailing graph issue. Please see the attached file.
